You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the MedTech industry.

Job Description:

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (key accounts, KOLs).
• Execute the portfolio strategy through marketing initiatives, events, campaigns, and sales alignment.
• Visit customers regularly together with Account Managers and Clinical Specialists (on average once per week).
• Analyze market data and portfolio results to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide operational support for tenders, inventory management, and business cases.
• Roll out strategic projects such as the Learning Academy platform and the KOL network.

Requirements:

• Mature & resilient: you remain composed and keep oversight in complex environments.
• Strong team player: you collaborate effectively and provide direction without direct authority.
• Customer-focused & strategic: you combine market insights with concrete actions.
• Results-driven: you are energized by achieving revenue growth, strong tender results, and successful campaigns.
• Hands-on: you combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Experience in MedTech or pharma is a plus.
