Program Manager – Brussels

Contract: 12 months | Location: Brussels

We’re looking for a Programme Manager to oversee and deliver a portfolio of interrelated projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget. You’ll lead initiatives, manage stakeholders, and drive collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead programmes and select initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment.
• Identify risks and support change management efforts.
• Ensure governance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior project/programme management, ideally in tech-driven environments.
• Comfortable balancing programme oversight with hands-on project leadership.
• Strong tech affinity; able to communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Dutch/French a plus).
