Job Description:

Reporting to Business Process Solutions Manager, this person will be responsible for the planning, implementation, testing, maintenance and improvements of Trade Support-specific IT products and streamline processes across all regions and functions

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing configuration and maintenance of Business Tools and custom workflows used in the work of Trade Support functions, such as Invoice Registration, Settlements, Contracts, L/C and Back-office processes
  • Preparing comprehensive documentation and coaching users about new functionalities
  • Providing technically correct input to Database Administrators for Tradeflow databases' content related requests
  • Setting up requests for Trade Support data sources and sites in reporting tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
  • Automation of routine processes either by defining change requests to systems in use or setting up separate tools/processes to bridge the identified gaps
  • Coordinating tasks & maintaining positive and productive relationships with external vendors and consultants


Profile

  • At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in QA/Testing, Application Support (2nd level or higher) or Business Analysis (processes/solutions development) with hands-on issue investigation and tackling experience
  • Proficient in SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL Server); capable of writing large accurate queries, creating views, stored procedures, functions etc
  • Basic knowledge of any additional programming languages (i.e. Python, C#) highly beneficial
  • Analytical & Investigative mindset
  • Able to orient well in stressful situations and able to dynamically and independently re-prioritize tasks
  • Common goals-oriented team player, but able to work independently on individual tasks/projects
  • Strong diplomacy, patience, and relationship‑building skills are a must
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • QA/Testing or application/solution implementation, integration and configuration skills highly beneficial
  • Technical & User documentation writing skills beneficial
