We would like to invite you to join our team as a Marketing Manager for Estonia, where you will lead the local marketing team and take responsibility for the implementation of Baltic-level campaigns. Fixed-term position to cover a period of maternity leave!
Your Main Tasks In This Role Are
- Take ownership of marketing campaigns across both local and Baltic levels, utilizing own and paid media channels.
- Supervise and guide the local marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of objectives.
- Oversee periodic marketing and sales promotion campaigns, ensuring smooth launch and proper management of budget, timelines, and execution.
- Work in close cooperation with Category Managers and retail regional managers.
- Actively collaborate with creative, media, social media, and PR agencies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns.
- University degree or the equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
- Analytical background and goal-oriented mindset.
- Very strong project management skills.
- Experience running big scale marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities.
- Eager to learn and growth in dynamic market.
- Attention to details with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to make decisions to automate and optimise work.
- Fluent Estonian and professional English language.
