to join our Advanced Engineering team in Lappeenranta.
Would you like to play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of cutting-edge energy storage products? We are now looking for a Test Engineer to join our newly established Testing Team. This roles focus is end-of-life (EOL) testing, state-of-health (SOH) testing, and cyclic testing as part of our product validation and verification efforts. This position is one of four new roles in the team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product validation and verification test programs
- Create detailed test plans and comprehensive reports
- Conduct EOL, SOH, and cyclic tests
- Organize and coordinate tests in external test laboratories
- Develop and maintain measurement equipment
- Develop and improve test methods and procedures
- Educational background in engineering (electrical or a related field)
- Experience in EOL, SOH, or cyclic testing is considered an advantage
- Familiarity with test planning, execution, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with measurement equipment and test setups
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English and Finnish
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong motivation to learn
- Willingness to travel occasionally for external testing
- A versatile and responsible role in a skilled and supportive team
