Product Manager - Strings Connect & Deliver

We're looking for a Product Manager to drive initiatives for Strings, a solution tailored for teams that want to localize software, games, mobile apps, or even websites. You'll shape and execute strategies that let customers connect Strings into their environments and deliver content where it needs to be. The product area you’ll own is all about integrating localization into existing tools and workflows, with developers as a key persona to cater to.

You’ll define impactful product initiatives clearly, setting ambitious but achievable success metrics. You'll craft compelling narratives to demonstrate how these initiatives directly contribute to driving adoption and user satisfaction.

n this role you'll engage closely with diverse stakeholders, from engineering and design over marketing to customer success. You will also work directly with customers and users, to understand their needs and problems to solve.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Identify Impactful Initiatives: Identify and define product initiatives that drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and growth. Clearly articulate their purpose, success metrics, and strategic value.
• End-to-End Ownership: Guide your initiatives from inception through execution, partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams for development, rollout, and enablement.
• Customer-Centric Strategy: Balance strategic priorities with customer feedback for improvements.
• Transparent Communication: Clearly communicate plans, progress, and problems to the product and engineering leadership team and other stakeholders.
• Innovation & Quality: Continuously explore opportunities to leverage new technologies, improve translation quality, and increase the effectiveness of automated workflows.
• Professional Growth: Stretch to new heights in an environment designed to help you hone your skills and pick up new ones, with managers and colleagues supporting you every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience, building products for developers.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, code repositories, and software development lifecycle. Ideally, active engineering experiences, even if for side projects.
• Track record of defining and delivering features from idea to launch.
• An interest in how software development is evolving in the age of AI powered tooling.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
