Location: Dublin City Centre (on-site, 5 days per week)
Compensation: Up to €130,000 + equity potential
We're partnering with an early-stage AI startup in Dublin that's building something genuinely new - a platform that turns real business conversations (from calls, meetings, and messages) into actionable insights for leadership teams. Think of it as replacing the noise of dashboards and KPIs with real, AI-driven understanding of what's happening inside a company.
This is a small, ambitious team (currently 7 people) led by a proven founding duo, with a strong track record in building and scaling technology products. They've just moved into a brand-new office in Dublin City Centre - highly collaborative, hands-on, and fast-moving.
They're now looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer to take the lead on developing the LLM-powered systems that make this product work. You'll own how complex AI workflows are built, tested, and deployed - not just integrating APIs, but designing the logic that helps the system think.
Design, build, and optimise LLM-powered processing workflows for real-time data analysis
Work across the stack using TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, and Python
Implement classic machine learning algorithms (e.g. neural networks, SVMs, KNNs) where they add value
Build feedback loops and testing frameworks to quantify LLM performance
Collaborate closely with the founders on product direction, architecture, and experimentation
Strong software engineering background - able to solve complex problems with minimal guidance
Fluency in TypeScript / Next.js (or Angular/React) and Python
Proven experience orchestrating LLM workflows in production
Solid understanding of mathematical and algorithmic concepts
A curious, fast-moving mindset - someone who learns, tests, and iterates quickly
Ideally, experience in a startup or fast-growing SaaS environment
You'll be joining at a truly formative stage - helping shape not just the product, but the technical direction of the company. There's real scope here to grow into a leadership position as the team scales.
If you're the kind of engineer who loves experimenting, breaking things to see how they work, and applying AI to real-world business problems - this is one to seriously consider
