About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer to lead the development of high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, Salesforce engineers, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences that integrate deeply with our EMR, billing, and analytics platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain mobile apps using Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Lead integration with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Apex, Lightning Web Components).
- Translate wireframes and business requirements into functional, user-friendly apps.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security across platforms.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Publish and manage apps on App Store and Google Play.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of mobile development experience.
- Proven track record of building at least 3 enterprise-grade mobile apps end-to-end.
- Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
- Experience with Salesforce integration.
- Strong grasp of mobile UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience with Firebase, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and agile development.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Salesforce-based healthcare or EMR platforms.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and mobile security.
- Exposure to mobile analytics tools.
