United Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the implementation and enhancement of a cutting-edge Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Portfolio Management platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a leading financial institution, helping to streamline and automate the full CLO lifecycle—from analysis and execution to administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of the CLO Portfolio Management solution.
• Collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams to simplify and integrate workflows.
• Analyze hypothetical trade scenarios and assess pre- and post-trade compliance.
• Manage waterfall modeling, including scenario testing and dynamic configuration of payment periods.
• Oversee trade execution, allocation, and administration across multiple CLOs.
• Ensure accurate tracking of loan activity at all levels (agreement, facility, tranche, contract).
• Aggregate and analyze data across strategies, portfolios, and assets.
• Support research management, OMS, and trading workflows.
• Coordinate with compliance teams to manage rule libraries, coverage tests, and rating derivations.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify data gaps, stale pricing, and prevent errors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Product Manager
• Proven experience in CLO portfolio management, structured finance, or credit markets.
• Strong understanding of CLO waterfall structures, compliance testing, and trade lifecycle.
• Experience with portfolio management systems or financial technology platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dublin (client requirement).
• B2B contract eligibility (must be based in Ireland).
