AI Engineer (GenAI / Software Engineering)

Dublin / Remote in Ireland or UK

Up to €80K p/a + bonus, 25 days hols, healthcare etc

The Company

Hugely successful Irish-owned company in the process of a product rebuild and growing their AI Engineering function.

The Role

You’ll be helping design and deploy AI tools that simplify user tasks, using machine learning to solve complex challenges, and fine-tuning LLMs to ensure consistent results. The role will be working alongside product/engineering teams, integrating AI into core systems, maintaining the infrastructure, pipelines, and monitoring to keep everything running smoothly. This would suit a strong mid/senior level software engineer with recent GenAI experience.

The Person

• 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced software engineering environment
• Python expertise
• Experience working with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow etc)
• Familiarity with LLMs and AWS ML tooling
• Ambitious, driven to learn and improve
