Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across the company’s core networking and security infrastructure.
• Monitor network and security systems via the NOC/SOC, identifying and resolving incidents proactively.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues in Cisco and Palo Alto environments.
• Assist in managing SD-WAN technologies (CATO and Versa).
• Support Aruba Wi-Fi and Switching solutions across customer estates.
• Contribute to cloud-based networking and security using Azure.
• Work closely with senior engineers to develop skills in project support and implementation.
Skills / Must Have:
• CCNA-level knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls).
• Experience supporting Cisco networks.
• Basic understanding of Palo Alto, Aruba, or SD-WAN technologies.
• Interest in SOC/SIEM operations and cybersecurity monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn across multiple technologies.

Salary:
€40,000 – €50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
