Job Description

As the HR Business Partner for Minerbio site (Bologna) you will be supporting our employee on our Global Supply Chain division. You will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Employee Relations Manager to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization

  • Set clear HR objectives and track progress across initiatives.
  • Use data to guide decisions in recruitment, retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Partner with managers to define KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver regular reports (GBMS) with actionable insights for local leadership.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles.
  • Support managers in job descriptions and white-collar hiring.
  • Maintain dashboards to track recruitment progress.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation with HRSS.

Performance Management

  • Support goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Coach managers and employees to enhance performance and growth.
  • Drive Talent Management strategy: lead calibration and talent review meetings.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law updates.
  • Manage logistics for training sessions and feedback collection.

Engagement & Morale

  • Support corporate engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Develop local action plans and initiatives to boost morale.
  • Organize events and recognition programs to enhance satisfaction.

Change Management

  • Lead and support change initiatives across supported sites.
  • Guide managers and teams through transitions.

Time & Payroll Coordination

  • Validate time and attendance data (outside SBS scope).
  • Resolve timekeeping issues locally.
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate data submission.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between local sites and central HR.
  • Organize HR events and manage internal communications.
  • Address employee inquiries or escalate to HRSS/ER Manager as needed.

Employer Branding

  • Represent company values and culture locally.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to promote employer brand.
  • Support job fairs, branding campaigns, and community events.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years’ experience in HR, with a strong focus on business partnering.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with both local leadership and employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strategic mindset, and solid knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
