Your Mission:
- Act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication and aligned priorities.
- Translate business needs into user stories, tasks, and process flows.
- Manage and guide projects across ERP, APIs, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with designers and developers, using tools like Figma, Miro, and Draw.io.
- Support system architecture discussions, with an eye on data structures and integrations.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure deliverables match expectations.
- Document processes, decisions, and outcomes for clarity and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively influence stakeholders and ensure IT projects drive business value.
- Strong experience in JIRA for backlog management and task tracking.
- Proficiency in user story writing, task descriptions, and documentation.
- Hands-on ability with Miro / Draw.io (process diagrams, design drafts) and Figma (handover to developers).
- Good grasp of ERP systems, data exchange (APIs), and system architecture basics.
- Excellent documentation and process visualization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality across deliverables.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to challenge and align business stakeholders.
- Prior experience in complex IT project environments.

- 3800-5200 month gross
