- Design and refine user journeys for digital funnels across web and mobile platforms
- Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces that engage users and drive results
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure visual and functional alignment with business goals
- Use behavioral data and user insights to iterate on design decisions
- Contribute to a cohesive visual identity and scalable design system for future use
- 3+ years of UX/UI or digital product design experience, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile work
- Proficiency in Figma (required); experience with Webflow or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and accessibility principles
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
