Key Responsibilities
- Handling various design and layout tasks.
- Designing printed advertising materials, preparing them for print, and supervising the execution process.
- Creating vector files and producing other graphic design work.
- Developing advertising concepts and translating them into visual formats.
- Managing marketing tools, loyalty gifts, and company-branded items.
- Organizing technical information and adapting it for marketing use.
- Supporting a range of marketing projects and assisting colleagues in the marketing department, including preparation for exhibitions and other events.
- Higher education, preferably in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
- Experience in marketing and/or graphic design, with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skilled in using specialized programs: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, as well as MS PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian language skills; good knowledge of English.
- Strong understanding of design and composition principles, with the ability to create minimalist designs that reflect the company’s brand identity and values.
- Creative mindset with strong logical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Committed to delivering high-quality work and taking responsibility for results.
- Experience in photography and an interest or ability to learn animated graphics is a plus!
