Our innovative yet practical solutions fuel world-class real-money wagering technology that supports over 1 million players. Our iGaming software is designed for distribution to casino and sportsbook operators across the EU, USA, and Asia.
Currently we’re looking for a highly organized and people-focused People Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of both our people operations and office life. Around 60% of your time will be spent supporting HR tasks and making sure our team has a smooth, seamless experience. The other 40% will be spent keeping our workplace running smoothly and fostering a positive, engaging Vilnius office culture.
What you’ll do
HR Support (60%)
- Support people onboarding and offboarding by coordinating all tasks, keeping everyone informed, and ensuring the process runs smoothly for all.
- Help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and joining interviews.
- Administrate HR documentation and files, keep employee records up to date.
- Support the HR team in implementing HR initiatives and processes.
- Assist in internal communications to keep employees engaged and informed.
Office & Culture (40%)
- Ensure the office is a welcoming, well-functioning, and tidy space.
- Coordinate supplies, vendors, and office equipment needs.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities, celebrations, and office events.
- Act as the go-to person for day-to-day office queries.
- Support initiatives that make our workplace a great environment for everyone.
- Coordinate and organize appointments and meetings.

Monthly salary range for this position: € 1500 - 2500 (before tax deduction). The final offer
will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
