As a Data Analyst embedded in the this account, you will play a critical role in supporting data intake, reporting, and analytics workflows across claims, underwriting, and operational domains. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive business decisions and support AI and automation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data from claims and underwriting systems, including platforms like Indico Data and Digital Follow
- Support the development and refinement of human-in-the-loop (HITL) data intake processes, including workflow queue management and routing logic
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, and Cognos Analytics
- Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to support model retraining, performance analytics, and data quality initiatives.
- Participate in requirements gathering and solution design sessions with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data governance, audit logging, and RBAC protocols
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Proficiency in SQL , Databricks, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikSense, Cognos).
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and document intelligence platforms.
- Experience working with AI-enhanced data workflows or HITL systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in distributed teams.
- Exposure to document ingestion and field extraction technologies.
- Experience with batch analytics and model performance tracking.
- Understanding of insurance business processes, especially claims and underwriting.

The salary range for this position is from 4.125 to 6.875 gross before taxes.*
- Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
