Job Description
This role supports the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives to enhance Swissquote Bank's operational scalability, service quality, and continuous improvement culture. In this role, you will:
- Execute operational transformation initiatives across banking domains.
- Conduct data-driven analyses using SQL and scripting languages to improve process efficiency and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop reports and visualisations to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Participate in root cause analysis, process mapping, and business case development.
- Assist in change management through documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate across departments to implement operational improvements.
- Apply banking-specific knowledge to align initiatives with business needs.
Professional & Technical Background:
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in analytics reporting, process analysis, or operational/compliance functions—ideally within banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis tools, particularly SQL.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript) and process automation technologies.
- Experience documenting and maintaining business processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to solving complex problems.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership in driving change.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and adapt to evolving environments.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases.
- Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and training materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an advantage.
