Job Description

This role supports the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives to enhance Swissquote Bank's operational scalability, service quality, and continuous improvement culture. In this role, you will:

• Execute operational transformation initiatives across banking domains.
• Conduct data-driven analyses using SQL and scripting languages to improve process efficiency and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reports and visualisations to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis, process mapping, and business case development.
• Assist in change management through documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate across departments to implement operational improvements.
• Apply banking-specific knowledge to align initiatives with business needs.
  
  

Qualifications

Professional & Technical Background:

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in analytics reporting, process analysis, or operational/compliance functions—ideally within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis tools, particularly SQL.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript) and process automation technologies.
• Experience documenting and maintaining business processes and procedures.
