Job Description

In this l role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our commercial workflows and client journeys, lead CRM implementation activities, and streamlining internal business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Relationship Management, Client Services, IT, and Business Operations to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that improve client and employee experience and drive operational excellence. You will:

  • Optimize commercial workflows and client journeys
  • Lead CRM implementation activities
  • Streamline internal business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client and employee experience
  • Analyze data and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product management, business analyst, or similar technical role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
