Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager – Innovation & Engineering, you will lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects within the healthcare technology domain. Your focus will include innovation initiatives, post-launch product modifications, and quality improvement programs across multiple disciplines, including software, hardware, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
In this strategic role, you will ensure successful project execution from concept to market introduction, collaborating with global business units, R&D, quality, and regulatory teams to bring impactful healthcare solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary innovation and improvement projects from front-end development to market release.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication across global teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with teams across software, hardware, documentation (IFU), industrialization, and supply chain functions.
- Drive CAPA-related activities and post-market quality enhancements.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and report findings to leadership.
- Foster collaboration between engineering, regulatory, and business functions to achieve project objectives.
Essential Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in a corporate, international environment.
- Proven success in delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary projects within the healthcare or medical device sector.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, quality systems (QMS), and compliance processes.
- Experience managing CAPA or quality improvement projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret, structure, and present information clearly.
