The challenge

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team. You’ll work on features that directly impact our customers, designing and evolving backend services that ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.

In this role, you won’t just be building APIs or optimizing systems, you’ll be collaborating closely with product managers, frontend developers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions that bring measurable value to food manufacturers using our platform. This is a chance to have real ownership, influence technical decisions, and shape how our MES product grows at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in C# (.NET Core).

- Implement and consume REST APIs to ensure seamless integration across systems.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of cloud-based solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, design, QA) to deliver features end-to-end.

- Apply software design principles (SOLID, DRY) and modern architectures (Domain-Driven, Event-Driven).

- Contribute to improving our engineering practices, code quality, and technical documentation.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer.

- Strong expertise in C# (10 or higher) and .NET Core (8 or higher).

- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core.

- Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure or AWS) and monitoring tools.

- Solid understanding of OOP, software design principles, and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems is a plus.

- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to performance and security.

- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
