We are looking for a UX-UI Senior Designer to join our team in the Social & Healthcare Sector.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design of user-centered interfaces for educational web platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, pedagogy) to deliver intuitive and accessible solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across responsive web environments.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, ideally in web and/or educational projects.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
• Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Preferred: Experience in functional analysis, including translating business needs into design and technical requirements.
• Preferred: Solid understanding of front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance collaboration with development teams.
