Social Media Manager (Remote - Europe)

You will drive community engagement, create compelling platform-native content, and amplify ecosystem initiatives across multiple social channels. Accountabilities

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies to drive engagement and growth across the ecosystem
• Produce platform-native, engaging content for channels such as X, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok
• Monitor trends, reactive moments, and community conversations to craft timely and relevant posts
• Actively engage with the community, fostering meaningful interactions and discussions
• Play a key role in launching new crypto and DeFi products, amplifying the ecosystem's reach
• Maintain an always-on content calendar: create posts, secure approvals, schedule, and track performance
• Ensure integration of ecosystem updates, including new dApps, governance proposals, and DeFi incentives
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media and content strategy, with a focus on brand, experiential, and collaborative marketing initiatives
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the crypto or blockchain space
• Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, and blockchain culture, including community language and trends
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced social channels, drive engagement, and maintain consistent brand voice
• Skilled in creating sharp, engaging copy tailored to multiple platforms and audiences
• Creative and detail-oriented, with experience producing visually compelling content and collaborating with design teams or using tools such as Figma or CapCut
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social)
• Alignment with the ethos of crypto, decentralization, and community-driven values
