Remote Project Manager (Healthcare & AI Focus)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for someone based in South America or Europe with strong client-facing communication skills and experience leading data-centric projects—especially in AI and medical data annotation.

• Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of healthcare annotation and expert engagement projects, from kickoff to delivery.
• Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients—ensuring high satisfaction, gathering requirements, and managing expectations.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with clinical experts, annotators, recruiters, and QA teams across time zones to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Workflow Design: Build project workflows, timelines, and quality metrics tailored to client and data science needs.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients; suggest optimisations based on performance.

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management is a requirement, preferably in healthcare
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English are a requirement
• Experience in AI/ML-related medical data projects is highly preferred
• Data analytics and reporting background
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders in high-stakes environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams
• Experience in startups or agile environments is a plus
