Graphic Designer – Event Merchandise

This role is ideal for a creative designer with a passion for crafting memorable event merchandise. You will be responsible for developing a simple yet stylish logo for a canvas tote bag and two complementary sticker designs for a private suite event at a Mumford & Sons concert in Montreal. The visual identity should evoke the relaxed, creative, and inviting atmosphere of a Canadian fall concert night, with a clean aesthetic suitable for both natural canvas and small vinyl stickers. You will collaborate closely to ensure the designs are print-ready and delivered within a tight timeline, making a direct impact on the guest experience.

Deliverables

• Design a unique, event-inspired logo for a canvas tote bag
• Create two complementary sticker designs for guest goodie bags
• Provide print-ready files in AI, EPS, and transparent PNG formats
• Supply quick mock-ups for review and approval
• Document font and colour details for production
• Meet project deadlines: first draft by October 7, final files by October 8
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in logo and merchandise design, with a strong portfolio of similar projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design software
• Ability to create clean, stylish designs suitable for print on canvas and vinyl
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and ability to capture event themes
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Experience preparing print-ready files and mock-ups
• Attention to detail in documenting fonts and colour palettes
