Software Engineer – Kotlin

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Kotlin Developer to join an international e-commerce project for our client. The consultant will design, develop, and maintain backend services, ensuring scalability and robustness. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, designers, and developers to align on features and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Kotlin
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support the e-commerce platform
• Ensure integration with relational databases for reliable data handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements
• Contribute to code quality, performance, and maintainability

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in Kotlin development
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot or Ktor frameworks
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience in the e-commerce or logistics industries
• Knowledge of cloud-native development practices
