Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Build and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data-driven strategies.
• Design experiments (A/B tests) and measure the impact of business initiatives.
• Communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and storytelling.
• Contribute to the development of data infrastructure, tools, and pipelines.
• Stay current with advancements in data science, AI, and analytics technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R; experience with SQL and data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or matplotlib).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, time series analysis, or NLP.
