Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will combine strong presales acumen with deep technical expertise in data center critical infrastructure, including mechanical and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and lead the company’s technology vision and architecture strategy across product and infrastructure platforms.
• Align technical initiatives with business goals to drive growth, efficiency, and scalability.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering and presales teams.

Presales & Client Engagement

• Act as the technical face of the business in complex sales cycles, supporting the commercial team in customer-facing engagements.
• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and proposal creation for enterprise and hyperscale clients.
• Translate client requirements into scalable, innovative, and cost-effective technology solutions.

Data Center Infrastructure Oversight

• Provide executive-level guidance on the design, operation, and evolution of critical infrastructure, including:
• Mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, cooling, CRAC/CRAH, containment solutions)
• Electrical systems (e.g., UPS, generators, PDUs, switchgear)
• BMS/EMS systems and energy efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to maintain high availability, fault tolerance, and regulatory compliance.

Innovation & Future Readiness

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
• Oversee infrastructure modernization programs including green data center initiatives, edge computing, and software-defined infrastructure.

Governance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to data security, compliance (ISO, SOC2, etc.), and uptime SLAs.
• Participate in vendor evaluations, partner negotiations, and infrastructure CAPEX planning.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a CTO, VP Engineering, or Technical Director role with full lifecycle technology leadership.
• Strong presales experience, ideally supporting enterprise deals within data center environments.
• Deep knowledge of mission-critical M&E systems, including mechanical cooling and electrical distribution.
• Hands-on experience with modern data center technologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, infrastructure, and solution architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in C-level and enterprise settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (ATD), Data Centre Design Professional (DCDP), or CDCDP/CDCEP.
