What The Role Entails
The Operations Engineer is a team member role that requires general supervision, monitors, configures, and sets up our e-gaming platform, gaming systems, and infrastructure, provides technical assistance for our customers, administers the day-to-day operational tasks for our software suite and IT infrastructure, administers application systems production on operations environment, performs monitoring & control of global production environment, troubleshoots technical issues relating to configuration and data, helps the customer and the organization with second-level support, and maintains operational reports and documentation.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in IT operations or e-gaming support.
- Developing Others: Proven ability to collaborate with teams.
- Agility: Strong capability to troubleshoot and adapt to issues.
- Culture Building: Experience fostering a supportive operations culture.
- Accountability: Track record of maintaining production environments.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to optimize technical configurations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-gaming platforms and IT infrastructure.
- Leadership: Experience providing second-level customer support.
- Communication: Excellent skills for reporting and documentation.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as needed.
