Uniland is The Tehran’s leading and most successful YÖS preparation institute, recognized for having one of the highest acceptance rates in Turkey’s public and private universities. Uniland is the Gateway of educational Migration to from Iran to Turkey. We are located in both country.

Role Description

We’re looking for a on-site WordPress Developer to join our team and take full responsibility of the end development and maintenance of our website — Uniland.ir — across both front-end and back-end.

🔧 Position Details

Type: Full-time, on-site
Working hours: Saturday–Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: On-site (Tehran, Sohrevardi St)
Level: Mid-Level (3-6 years of professional WordPress experience)

⏰ While this is a full-time position, we’re open to discussing flexible and even lesser scheduling in special cases. However On-site part is non-negotiable.
💻 Hard Skills

Strong expertise in WordPress and its popular plugins
Proficiency in Elementor, including custom theme and template creation
Solid knowledge of PHP and JavaScript for plugin and code customization and development
Advanced skills in HTML/CSS
Experience in responsive design following UI/UX standards
Excellent debugging skills to identify and fix issues in templates and plugins

🤝 Soft Skills

Passionate about learning and researching new technical solutions
Organized and punctual in meeting deadlines
Strong team player with good communication skills (collaborating with SEO & DM)
Responsible, open to feedback, and detail-oriented
Ability to produce clean, scalable, and maintainable code for future development

⭐ Optional SkillsFamiliarity or theoretical understanding of SEO concepts is a valuable advantage, as part of your full-time role could involve supporting SEO tasks once development work is completed. What matters most to us is your interest in SEO, not your level of prior experience. all is optional by the way.
