We’re currently seeking passionate C programmers to join our Radio Baseband Software Development team, contributing to the evolution of 5G and pioneering innovations toward 6G.

Location: Łódź, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office)

What You’ll Do

• Develop high-performance baseband software using C and Python
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of new features in the Uplink Physical Layer (L1) for 5G – and eventually 6G
• Collaborate in a diverse, cross-functional team environment
  
  

You will be

• A Master of Science degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Wireless Communication, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Passionate on embedded software development.
• Passionate on embedded software development, particularly with C and Python for real-time systems
• Familiar with 4G/5G wireless communications, especially 3GPP specifications
• Skilled in areas such as signal processing, RF/air interface measurements, or multi-core DSP programming
• Curious, proactive, and passionate about cutting-edge technology
• A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
