We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant/ Coordinator to support the planning and execution of various projects within the company. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a collaborative spirit.


This role is an entry-level position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the tracking, planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports, timelines, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to gather project requirements and provide updates on progress.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise.
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support project initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement project-related tools and resources.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, relevant Engineering fields, or Life Sciences.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
