Sr Product Designer, Growth, Engagement (Remote - EMEA, US or Canada)

In this role, you will help shape experiences that drive user engagement, retention, and conversion across a large-scale digital platform. You'll design intelligent, personalized interactions that help users discover value, deepen adoption, and seamlessly explore new product features. Working within a cross-functional team, you'll translate insights into impactful design solutions that balance business goals with user needs. Accountabilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to design, test, and refine user experiences that improve onboarding, feature adoption, and engagement
• Develop design hypotheses, define success metrics, and use experimentation to validate and iterate on design concepts
• Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design direction and intent
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring design consistency and scalability across the platform
• Conduct usability testing and user research to identify pain points and translate findings into actionable improvements
• Design contextual, data-driven experiences that surface relevant features and content to users at the right time
• Partner with teams across product areas to establish growth methodologies and best practices for improving user journeys and discoverability
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product or Growth Designer, with a focus on user engagement, onboarding, or conversion optimization
• Strong understanding of product experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design principles
• Background or familiarity with the DevSecOps or SaaS environment
• Skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions
• Excellent visual design abilities, with a strong eye for detail and consistency within a design system
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders in a remote, global environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and curious mindset
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
