What You’ll Do
- Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, researching, scheduling, screening).
- Help manage HR tools and documentation.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Use tools like ChatGPT etc., to boost productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Completed 3rd year of university in a relevant field (e.g., Business, HR).
- Available to work full-time during holidays and part-time during the academic year.
- Fluent English (C1+) — both written and spoken — is non-negotiable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-starter who is motivated, curious, and a committed team player.
- Comfortable working remotely and using digital productivity tools effectively.
