Our core technology, TRYB, is a stable cryptocurrency pegged 1-to-1 to the Turkish Lira and is one of the largest non-USD stablecoins by market cap. Recently, we launched a crypto exchange platform designed to offer deep liquidity and the best prices for our users.

We are looking for a highly disciplined and trustworthy Sr. Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior trading experience within a corporate environment. As a Senior Trader at BiLira, you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial strategies, executing trades, and contributing to the overall success of our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades across various platforms in accordance with established trading strategies.
• Monitor market conditions and make timely decisions to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
• Actively execute arbitrage strategies on behalf of the company.
• Price and execute hedging trades for OTC client flows on crypto pairs.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify market trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Utilize data analytics tools and technologies to gather insights for informed decision-making.
• Implement risk management protocols to protect the company's assets and investments.
• Regularly assess and adjust risk exposure based on market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and make recommendations for adherence.
• Prepare and present regular reports on trading activities, performance metrics, and portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to provide insights for financial planning and decision-making.
• Work closely with other team members, including developers and data scientists, to enhance trading strategies and optimize processes.
• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• BA, MS, or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min. 4 years of proven experience in trading and financial/money management, preferably in a corporate company.
• Treasury, Capital Markets, and Trading experience is a must.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High level of discipline and integrity.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is a plus.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal.
