YOUR TASKS
- Experience in operate in enterprise environment, especially Financial Services organizations
- Support and guide project teams regarding the definition of IT scope, resource requirements, budget and deliverables
- With the support of relevant stakeholders, select a project delivery methodology and adapt it to the context of the project to ensure appropriate implementation
- Be responsible for the resource allocation and delivery team coordination to ensure commitment to deliverables deadlines
- Identify and manage project interdependencies and stakeholders utilizing communication across squads and tribes
- Coordinate the architectural design and approval of that design for IT components of the project
- Mobilize, lead and coordinate required IT resources (internal and external), including vendor engagement
- Build the IT deployment plan in conjunction with stakeholders and in conformance with approval committees (Build to Run activities, Change management activities, etc.)
- Be responsible for the consumption of the IT budget and any elaboration throughout the project
- Be responsible for the IT scope delivery (functional and non-functional) and manage changes to scope throughout the project
- Manage IT risks, problems and escalations to the Program Manager/Sponsor throughout the project, including non-compliance and mitigation plans
- Communicate and report (quantitatively and qualitatively) regularly on the IT project to project stakeholders and governance
- Follow-up on the deliverables defined for your projects to ensure that solutions meet the stated objectives and meet quality standards
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years minimum experience in IT project management
- Experience in delivering SDLC projects
- Fluent English language skill
- A knowledge of agile methodology is an advantage
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Nice to have
- A project management certification is a plus (Prince2, PMP)
- Understanding / Experience working in Financial Services industry
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, TFS, Service Now or any other equivalent
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel
