We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Brand identity designer responsible for creative and strategic role responsible for visually shaping a company's image and voice. To serve as the architects of the brand, translating the core values, strategy, and messaging into a clear, cohesive, and compelling visual language that resonates with the target audience across all platforms. This role is crucial for distinguishing the brand in a competitive market and fostering customer recognition and loyalty.
Roles And Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Governance
- Develop and Maintain Brand Guidelines: Create and manage comprehensive brand identity guidelines and design systems (including style guides, asset libraries, and usage rules) to ensure visual consistency across the entire organization and external vendors.
- Strategic Concept Development: Translate marketing objectives, audience insights, and business goals into compelling visual concepts and design strategies.
- Research & Trends: Stay current with industry design trends, best practices, and competitor branding to keep the company's identity fresh and relevant.
- Core Visual Identity: Design and iterate on foundational brand elements, including the logo, color systems, typography, iconography, and visual style.
- Marketing Collateral: Produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets for various channels, such as website elements, digital marketing campaigns (social media, email), presentations, print materials (brochures, signage), and advertising.
- Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and manage the official library of all creative assets, ensuring accessibility and proper version control for internal and external teams.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to understand their needs and ensure all visual communication aligns with the overall brand strategy.
- Stakeholder Presentation: Present design concepts and rationales clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, collecting feedback and managing revisions effectively.
- Vendor Management: Work with external vendors (e.g., printers, web developers, agencies) to oversee the production and implementation of brand materials, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines.
