Join Our Team as a Technical Product Owner
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that all business-as-usual (BAU) systems effectively serve the needs of the business by providing the required functionality. You will be responsible for maintaining and documenting the Product Vision and Roadmap in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. Additionally, you will manage a well-prioritized Product Backlog, consisting of clear and actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Your expertise and collaboration will be vital as you participate as an experienced partner in the Nordic development planning processes.
Key activities:
- Participate and contribute to agile processes across the organization
- Being the primary interface between stakeholders, development team and management
- Release planning and contributing to product vision and roadmap
- Defining, maintaining and prioritizing the backlog for responsible area
Competencies and skills required:
- Strong knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies, estimation and scope management in particular
- Experience with the Azure DevOps platform
- Ability to completely understand complex business and technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to motivate stakeholders and team members
Experience and education:
- Hands-on experience working with agile development practices
- Experience within the banking area
- Experience with change management and getting organizational adoption of best practices, coding guidelines, policies, etc.
- Experience with iterative/emergent architecture
- Experience with .NET frameworks nice to have, but not a requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field
- Certification or experience in areas related to product management and Scrum is an extra plus
