We are now seeking a BMS Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of smart building projects across Norway—bringing leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for sustainable innovation to every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage building automation projects from contract award through commissioning and client handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and building strong relationships.
• Coordinate and oversee internal engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Oversee programming, integration, and commissioning of BMS solutions for HVAC, lighting, energy, and safety applications.
• Manage project risks, proactively resolving issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards as well as environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, documentation, and handover packs.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for innovation in project delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing BMS, automation, or control system projects.
• Solid understanding of BMS components, PLCs, DDC controllers, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Skilled in financial control, scheduling, and contract management.
