Job Title: Project Manager Experience in Dubai Airport Project

Location: Dubai, UAE

We’re hiring a Project Manager (Airport Project Experience) someone who can lead our site teams, ensure quality delivery, manage client expectations, and keep everything moving on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the work of all on-site teams (MEP, joinery, civil, finishes, etc.)
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high-quality execution of all works
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Handle all client communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and action plans
• Identify risks or delays early and provide proactive solutions
• Work closely with procurement, accounts, and design teams to ensure smooth execution
• Attend site meetings, quality walkthroughs, and handovers

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Must have experience in Airports Project
• Strong technical knowledge of interiors, MEP coordination, and construction details
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to lead teams, manage time, and make decisions independently
• UAE driving license preferred
• Based in Dubai and available to join immediately or in one month notice period
