Are you passionate about the future of AI in healthcare? We’re looking for an AI Healthcare Product Manager to lead the evaluation and incubation of innovative AI solutions that can transform the way healthcare is delivered and experienced.

In this role, you’ll be at the frontline of AI adoption - scouting the market for cutting-edge technologies, assessing vendors, designing proof-of-concepts (POCs), and shaping recommendations for large-scale rollouts. Instead of building from scratch, your focus will be on identifying, validating, and scaling the best external solutions to drive measurable impact across clinical, operational, and consumer health domains.

What You’ll Do

• Discover opportunities where AI can solve high-value problems in healthcare.
• Scout, evaluate, and shortlist external AI solutions and vendors.
• Design and manage POCs to test solutions against real-world use cases.
• Analyse results and make data-driven recommendations for adoption.
• Partner with technical, clinical, and operational teams to deliver successful pilots.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Act as a bridge between vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management, solution evaluation, consulting, or technical architecture.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
• Hands-on experience running POCs or pilot projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have:

• Master’s or MBA degree.
• Experience with AI in healthcare (provider, payer, life sciences, or healthtech).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7), regulations (HIPAA, GDPR), and clinical workflows.
• Exposure to agile ways of working and multinational environments.
