Frontend Developer

About the Role:

We are hiring a frontend developer with strong Next.js experience who can balance technical integration work with attention to user experience. You will help clients integrate our ecommerce technology into their websites, using our API and SDK across Shopify, Salesforce Commerce, and custom builds.

This role involves both integration and front-end craft. You will consume APIs, manage data flow, and ensure clean, responsive, and accurate UI output on live client sites.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain frontend integrations using Next.js that connect our API and SDK with client websites
• Implement clean, responsive, and visually accurate UI components
• Collaborate with backend and client engineers to ensure seamless data and API performance
• Debug integration and rendering issues across different ecommerce platforms
• Write maintainable, well-documented TypeScript and JavaScript code
• Apply best practices for performance, accessibility, and security
• Participate in reviews and help improve integration patterns and shared tooling

Requirements:

• Strong experience building production-grade web applications with Next.js
• Proven ability to consume and integrate Web APIs
• Solid understanding of TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and debugging network requests
• Good knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and responsive layout principles
• Familiarity with Git and modern build pipelines
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with backend and client teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, client-facing environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Salesforce Commerce
• Familiarity with web hosting tools like Vercel
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Exposure to design systems or component libraries
• Experience with DevOps tools or CI/CD workflows
