Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
- Work with your colleagues in Product to drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
- Coordinate and collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams and key stakeholders, including clients, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize feature enhancements.
- Work closely with the engineering team to translate business requirements into clear user stories, ensuring that the development process meets business and user expectations.
- Drive the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with the QA team to define testing strategies, ensuring that new features and enhancements meet quality standards before release.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform the product roadmap and maintain a competitive edge.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports
- 3+ years of experience in technology focused or SaaS related company.
- 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product focused role.
- Strong communication skills, working as a translator between business stakeholders, engineering, design and QA.
- Strong technical understanding, and customer service skills & empathy.
- Self-starter and continuous learner, always leverages the best tools available.
- Experience in, HCM or Fintech solutions or enterprise software platforms is highly desired.
