This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Product - Managed Risk in the United States and Canada.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the strategy and execution of a Managed Risk product portfolio within a fast-growing cybersecurity environment. You will guide a team of product managers, translating strategic objectives into operational initiatives while ensuring alignment with business goals. The position involves overseeing product planning, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap development, while actively contributing hands-on to product delivery. The Senior Director will influence cross-functional teams, drive customer-focused innovation, and foster the development of both team members and the broader product ecosystem. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in cybersecurity, SaaS products, and product leadership, combined with strong communication, strategic thinking, and mentorship capabilities.

Accountabilities

  • Lead product planning and execution for Managed Risk, managing a team of product managers and ensuring delivery of business outcomes
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, aligning plans with strategic priorities and market demands
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, research, reporting, and communication initiatives to inform product decisions and customer satisfaction
  • Champion the ongoing development of product strategy as part of broader solution and portfolio strategy
  • Mentor and coach the product management team, supporting individual growth and team performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency and effective execution of Managed Risk initiatives
  • Contribute hands-on to product management activities when necessary, balancing leadership with active engagement in delivery


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in software product management, application development, or related technical fields, including 7+ years in cybersecurity
  • 5+ years managing Enterprise SaaS products and at least 7 years in a leadership capacity overseeing teams of 4 or more
  • 2+ years managing a product P&L
  • Strong understanding of full lifecycle product and portfolio management, particularly agile product definition, development, and delivery
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders up to the C-level
  • Proven ability to translate strategic goals into operational tactics and action plans
  • Experience managing vulnerability management or security analytics products is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities across cross-functional teams
