Program Manager experience

  • 10-yr Program Manager experience
  • Experience working on agile software development and modern, service design

based product delivery comparable in size and complexity for a large organization

such as state, provincial, or federal government or a private company with 5,000 or

more employees or for a startup or small business addressing a complex challenge

at scale.

  • Senior leadership experience defining project scope, goals and deliverables such as

roadmaps, governance, briefing notes, and business cases that support project

goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.

  • Experience as Program Manager managing a portfolio of projects by providing

governance, prioritizing, monitoring, reporting at a Program level.

  • Experience identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on large, complex

projects.

  • Experience in managing project/program financials such as budgeting and

forecasts.

  • Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complexissues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and

ingenuity

  • Experience supporting and collaborating directly with stakeholders, external (public

users) and internal business areas. Ability to co-ordinate and communicate

necessary information well to all clients.

  • Experience in developing project schedule plans and strategies, estimate resource

requirements, develop and monitor work plans for completion of project tasks.
