About the role:
This is a regional role, reporting directly to the CEO, T-Systems Asia. You will lead and grow the Digital & AI Services practice within T-Systems Asia as part of the Asia Extended Leadership Team based in Singapore - owning the strategy, solution portfolio, sales, presales, and delivery for flagship offerings such as SAP, AI & Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and Industry-specific Digital Solutions. You will have the ability to define and position new service lines, drive innovation, and translate technology into measurable business outcomes for clients across industries.
As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will shape the growth strategy for Digital & AI Services in Asia, working closely with global portfolio heads and strategic partners such as SAP, AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud. You will build and lead a multidisciplinary team, cultivate executive relationships with clients and partners, and create compelling go-to-market motions that accelerate adoption and expand market share.

Core Responsibilities:
Business & Portfolio Leadership
- Lead the Digital & AI Services portfolio strategy and execution across Asia, aligned with global direction and regional priorities.
- Own the P&L and performance metrics for Digital & AI Services, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and customer success.
- Shape go-to-market plans across SAP, AI & Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and Industry-specific Digital Solutions.
- Turn emerging technologies into tangible business outcomes for clients.
- Build strategic partnerships with SAP, hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners to extend market reach and drive innovation.
- Represent Digital & AI Services in regional leadership and planning forums, influencing investment and growth decisions.
Service Delivery Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Digital & AI Services projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable business impact.
- Align delivery excellence with customer success, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, presales, and delivery to ensure seamless execution from opportunity to value realization.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across delivery teams.
- Implement clear governance and performance frameworks to monitor project outcomes and operational efficiency.
Sales & Presales Leadership
- Drive pipeline growth and deal execution across Digital & AI Services, ensuring alignment with strategic accounts and regional priorities.
- Lead and mentor sales and presales teams to strengthen solution positioning, value articulation, and win rates.
- Collaborate with portfolio, delivery, and partner teams to shape high-impact client proposals and joint pursuits.
- Build executive relationships with clients and partners, supporting key pursuits and co-innovation opportunities.
- Champion account planning, bid governance, and forecasting discipline to ensure predictable and profitable growth.
Skills and Leadership Attributes:
- Proven success in building and scaling digital portfolios across SAP, AI & Analytics, or automation domains.
- Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and profitability, with accountability for P&L and sales performance.
- Strong experience in ecosystem partnership management, including SAP, hyperscalers, AI companies, and strategic service partners.
- Regional exposure across APAC and/or Southeast Asia with the ability to operate effectively in diverse markets.
- Sales leadership is essential; delivery and presales experience are considered a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ability to link technology with measurable business outcomes.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams spanning sales, presales, and delivery.
- Confident communicator able to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and results-driven leader who thrives in a growth environment.

Qualification:
- 12+ years' experience in solution sales or practice leadership roles within technology or consulting firms.
- Bachelor’s degree/MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Certifications in SAP or AI/Analytics are advantageous.
