Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness
- Serve as a trusted integrator between the CEO, EMT, and ELT to maintain clarity and consistency in direction and decision-making.
- Support the CEO in building a high-performance culture anchored in trust, clarity, and commitment.
- Anticipate needs, surface challenges, and enable proactive decision support to maintain organizational momentum.
- Prepare briefing materials, executive communications, and narratives that sharpen strategic storytelling and alignment.
Governance and Rhythm of Business
- Lead the operational cadence of the CEO’s office, including EMT meetings, strategic reviews, and leadership offsites.
- Define and manage the governance model for decision tracking, follow-up, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Coordinate planning cycles and OKR alignment across the business, ensuring integration between commercial, delivery, and corporate functions.
Strategic Projects and Special Initiatives
- Drive or oversee high-impact cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO, often involving transformation, partnerships, or organizational change.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks, ensuring timely delivery of key outcomes.
- Manage sensitive or confidential topics requiring discretion and executive judgment.
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, trust, and judgment in handling sensitive topics and executive-level decisions.
