ROLE PURPOSE

As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user friendly interfaces for our lending software. This role offers an opportunity to learn, innovate, and make a tangible impact on our software products used by leading banks and financial institutions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements.

• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for user experience.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure alignment with user needs.

• Ensure consistency with design guidelines, brand identity, and accessibility standards.

• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

• Work with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.


REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to communicate effectively with developers.

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centred design, and usability testing.

• Creativity and attention to detail in designing interfaces and interactions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on user feedback.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/ CERTIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

• CGPA: 6.0 and above

• Certification in UI/UX design or any relevant course.

• 60% IN O and A Levels.

• Familiarity with financial or lending software design is a plus
