Job Title: Vice President, Investor Relations
Location: Prides Crossing, MA (Preferred) or Stamford, CT (with regular travel to MA)
Compensation: $140,000–$160,000K Base + Bonus | Travel Expenses Covered
A leading global investment firm is seeking a Vice President to join its Investor Relations team. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the investment community. You’ll help shape and communicate the company’s strategic narrative to shareholders, analysts, and key stakeholders — playing a critical role in investor messaging, earnings materials, market engagement, and financial communications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine messaging and presentation materials that articulate business strategy, performance, and market positioning
- Collaborate with senior management on quarterly earnings preparation and investor materials
- Manage relationships with equity analysts, rating agencies, the NYSE, and external advisors
- Lead planning for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and shareholder meetings
- Support public company reporting (10-K, 10-Q, proxy) and contribute to corporate finance planning
- Track analyst models, monitor consensus, and provide peer/valuation analysis
- Drive ad hoc strategic communications and special projects across functions
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital markets
- Background in asset management, alternatives, private markets, or hedge funds strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; deep understanding of capital markets
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Nasdaq IR Insight, or AlphaSense is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Meaningful cross-functional exposure and direct C-suite engagement
