Streamline Development & Operations
- Identify and resolve pain points in the software development lifecycle to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with development, operations, QA, and security teams to optimize build, release, and deployment processes.
- Promote DevOps principles and culture across the engineering organization.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for both application and infrastructure deployments.
- Develop and enhance automation solutions for consistent and efficient code deployment.
- Implement automated testing to reduce manual effort and improve product quality.
- Design and implement scalable Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security.
- Ensure systems meet business and customer needs for reliability and availability.
- Monitor application performance and service quality, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Power Platform with Azure services and enterprise systems.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance across Power Platform environments.
- Provide support and training to business users and stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, security, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and solutions.
- Prepare and present design and implementation documentation to stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud and DevOps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years’ experience in the IS/IT field
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ104) - Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ400) – Preferred
- Proven experience with Azure, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Git
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and cloud architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400, PL-600)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments
- Requires the ability and willingness to travel as needed to various KENT locations.
- Requires the ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours Monday through Friday.
